The HSA-Alt has nine accommodations this year that need to be documented and verified before being provided to students during HSA-Alt testing. Documentation location for the nine HSA-Alt accommodations will be on the Services page of the IEP. After documenting these accommodations, an HSA-Alt Accommodation Verification form will need to be submitted and approved prior to testing.
