If a student's HSA-Alt testing flag appears to be set incorrectly, please contact the HSAP Desk at 1-866-648-3712 or email@example.com (Original announcement): CAI has been made aware there is a the current issue where Hawaii students' HSA-Alt flags are not set correctly in TIDE. The HIDOE Assessment Section is actively working to resolve the issue. If your student urgently needs to be tested today (4/18/22), please contact the HIDOE Assessment Section at 808-307-3636 to request a manually setting of the student's HSA-Alt flag in TIDE.
