This manual provides instruction on the use of a paper/pencil test kit for the administration of the HSA-Alt for English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, and Science in spring 2017. NOTE: This manual should only be used to administer the HSA-Alt to students who have been approved by the HIDOE Assessment Section for a paper/pencil test kit exception.
