These documents provide information for use by an IEP team when making decisions regarding alternate assessment participation. These documents outline the four participation criteria that must be met; provide examples of typical educational situations that should be considered; provide a series of questions and answers that should be considered; and provide a list of factors and "red flags" to consider during the HSA-Alt identification process.
