  • Effective this year, the AIR Secure Browser will not work with iPads using iOS below 10.3 (first-generation iPad). To check to see if you have a first-generation iPad, look at the charging connector - if it is a lightning (narrow) connector, the iPad is a second-generation or newer iPad. The first-generation iPads will have a wide, flat connector. First-generation iPads may still be used for classroom instruction and other student activities; however, they will not be able to install or run the AIR Secure Browser beginning this year.

  • The TIDE system is back online for the 2018-2019 school year. As part of the system roll-over for the new school year, all HSAP system user passwords have been cleared. Please review the instructions in this Word document to create a new password for the 2018-2019 school year. All user accounts which had access to HSAP systems in 2017-2018 will continue to have access this year, although users are required to reset their password. If a user should no longer have an account, (i.e., users who transferred, retired, or are no longer administering a test) their school test coordinator should follow the process outlined in the TIDE User Guide to remove their system access to prevent unauthorized access to student information.
